Method

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat with onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, coriander, mint, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, salt, and egg.

Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Lightly grease metal skewers with oil.

Shape the meat evenly around each skewer.

Preheat a charcoal grill, BBQ, or oven.

Grill the kababs while turning occasionally until evenly browned and fully cooked.

Brush lightly with melted butter or oil during the final few minutes of cooking.
